Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. We are located on the Devon/Cornwall border, just 7.5 miles from the beautiful coastal town of Bude. Our cottage is a crescent shaped former piggery. It has lots of character and is decorated to a high standard. The property is all on one level. We are situated on The National Cycle Network Route 3. There are 2 enclosed, dog friendly gardens, with furniture and BBQ. The perfect spot to unwind after a day on the coast or the Moors.

The space

The open-plan kitchen/diner is equipped with a fridge (with freezer compartment), dishwasher, oven & hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso compatible machine.

The lounge has a large, comfy corner sofa, smart TV and log burner. There is wifi in the property and gas fired central heating.

The main bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite shower room. The twin bedroom (can be changed to a super king bed) has an en-suite bathroom (no shower). *There are 2 steps down to the twin bedroom.

 

Guest access

Private gardens front and rear, parking and private access to the property through own front door. The property is detached. We will happily store bikes, walking equipment etc. in our secure barn.

This is a non-smoking property

The property is on a septic tank system so nothing other than toilet paper must be flushed down the toilet. We also request that you do not use antibacterial hand wash in the property. We will supply hand wash for you to use.
